Fone Bone and Smiley Bone finally put Bartleby (the baby rat cub) back to his home, but now they’re lost and can’t find their way back. Thorn wants to go back to the farm but Phoney agrees they should head back to Old Man’s Cave with Grandma Ben and Lucius. But first Thorn thinks to find Fone Bone and Smiley. Many events lead up to the thing they must avoid — the Hooded One wants Phoney to free a very evil spirit, the Lord of the Locusts. [Jackie]
